- s***c (179)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe quality is good with a lot of S and D mint pennies. The condition is good with two culls total. I would like to have seen more early dates, but there were all decades. Mostly 1940-58, but that is normal. The appearance is good with quite a few AU condition 1950's. I recommend this seller.
- i***o (2506)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseDoes not remotely match the description. Bulk lot of 40s and 50s common coins in poor shape with about 1% being pre-1940 and of those was a mix of culls and VERY COMMON dates. BUYER BEWARE! Seller is trying to pull a fast one and he got me to the tune of $145. That is double what most people charge for a similar mix of coins. 90% of these coins were such poor quality that they are barely worth copper weight. At least he didn't try to charge me shipping.Reply from: rcode72ho- Feedback replied by seller rcode72ho.- Feedback replied by seller rcode72ho.Exaggerate much? His email to me said he received 128 pre-1940, which is 12.8%, not <1%. Claims everyone sends him their culls. These were from a LARGE estate of a long-time collector. Not searched or picked through by me. I told the buyer not to expect a 1909SVDB or 55/55. Common coins are common for a reason. They made a LOT of them. Rare coins are rare because they DIDN'T. Finding something rare is great, but blaming the seller when you don't is dishonest. Be a better person than that.
