Finish inside the steering tube was pretty rough, but I was able to install the correct expanding plug for the top cap. The fork dropouts are VERY THICK so durability should not be a problem but my original 9mm quick release skewer was not long enough and I had a hard time finding another one that was long enough to work securely. Also, the dropouts were not machined to size very carefully and I had to file them slightly wider to allow my front wheel to drop in there easily.
