Laptop arrived quicker than estimated and well-packaged with Windows 10 Pro installed and on the setup screen. I was able to update to Windows 11 Pro after using PowerShell to find my activation key. Seller also provided BIOS password allowing me to update the firmware. The laptop itself isn't pretty on the outside but the price was more than fair and all blemishes were documented accurately in the item listing. Excellent seller!! A++++
