    Damage to item was not described in listing. When bracelet arrived used and broken, I tried to solve the issue with seller who made it clear in very short responses that they really didn't care. I messaged several times to try to work out any solution and was willing to be flexible. Ultimately, I had to get Ebay involved to solve it.

    Beware! First of all, this is the first time in all my online shopping that I ever had to experience & write about such a down right lack of care of respect from a seller.
