Seller replied that it was film, not the panel itself & made a comment that we were not professionals because we didn t notice. I left negative feedback because of his comment. Seller reached out & claimed it was a joke & he didn t know we were a computer repair shop. I agreed to revise due to miscommunication in languages

    I send new panel , the panel with protect film avoid panel scratch , I said buyer not profession is fact , buyer don't notice protect film , it is not seller error , add black list forever , if other buyer love leave negative feedback , don't order ,,
