This was unexpected but not a problem as the first thing I intended to do with the drone was replace all of the props. Cosmetically the drone looks new and after prop replacement flies and lands without any problems. The batteries are in good condition and have been stored well with low cycle times of 2, 5 and 16 indicating that the drone was not flown often or that the flights were short.
