I contacted Emily with at-the-lake and she immediately worked diligently to get me a refund. She was very easy to work with. If I had not already had most of the patterns in this particular charm pack, I would have keep them. Love this fabric and the gold touches and vibrant colors. Will definitely use this seller again.
