Seller reminded me of his return policy that buyer was responsible to pay to return defective item. I provided images of stereo screen error message, he claimed that the unit was tested before it was shipped so we’ll blame it on USPS for mishandling the used coffee product box the unit was shipped with, no apparent damage on box noted and had plenty of bubble wrap. So much for customer satisfaction
