    They did deliver AN item and it came with very speedy delivery, However they had delivered the wrong item. I had purchased the Giorno Giovanna Fragrance but unfortunately what had arrived was the Bruno Bucciarati Fragrance. A unfortunate mix up, I was not in active communication with the seller but they did accept my return request. So overall I would say it was a neutral experience, And even though I did not receive my item I was issued a full refund. Luckily I found it much cheaper elsewhere
