        Slab has multiple deep scuffs and scratches that werent shown in listing. Tried to contact seller as I will need to have it re slabbed or have an immediate loss in value. Seller unwilling to work with me on a small refund for not disclosing the condition correctly and they refused

        The buyer is not being honest. First the buyer did not pay full price for the item. He negotiated annoyingly for a week. Then the buyer was NOT HAPPY WITH THE $9.00 priority shipping so I had to lower the shipping to $4.00 then the buyer purchased at a discounted rate. The small marks on the slab are actually pictured on the original posting however the buyer did not see them. The buyer did NOT request that we "work with him on a small refund" he just complained.
