- y***a (266)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI had no idea how old this remote was. The rubberized case had turned to a sticky goo, but rubbing alcohol made it tolerable. However, the battery was also bad, so I bought a new battery. After charging the remote, I tried to install the software which was built for Windows XP and older. However, the biggest problem is that the web site used by the Monster Central software is no longer in operation, making the remote nothing more than an expensive paper weight.
