The peice is several feet long and fragile, so it was bent in multiple places and 6 inches at the end was completely snapped off. I contacted the seller twice about a replacement with no response. Went through the entire refund process without a single word from the seller or any attempt to assist. They have genuine products at a competitive price, it's a shame they have zero interest in providing any service.
