It would be impossible for me to supply the bag with every bolt. I personally packed the item (individual bag, middle layer of carboard cut-out to cover the bolt`s shape and top and bottom thick carboard to protect the item to destination) and I have not seen any damage on it. Nor on the other ones I have left. I however apologise for the "cosmetic ding" on the bolt and I can assure you, again, that it was not there when packed.
