When I received the glider, it came with a bad battery and slight damage on the wing (first two pics). I had no issues with this; I just informed them that I won't be able to leave feedback until the replacement battery comes in. So then the seller INSISTED that I tell them how much I paid for the new battery, refunded it nearly 2x, and then WON AN ENTIRE NEW GLIDER AND SENT IT TO ME just cuz the first wing was a bit wrinkled!!
