    Seller contacted me outside of ebay the day after purchase to inform me the item was unavailable and gave me the option to cancel which I did and which was fine but they made no attempt to refund me and did not reply to any messages about the refund. I had to open a case with ebay to force the refund and wait over a week for the refund to clear.
