        Negative experience with this seller. Despite the seller including photos of the item and claiming it would be sent exactly as shown, I received a different item, which had scratches all over. In addition, it did not work (it is supposed to connect to an app so one can change the passcode but that did not work). In the end, I was fully refunded but it does not take away from the terrible customer service and the waste of time to ship the item back on my end.
