(I would have even accepted After lab grown sapphire for the price.) After hardness testing it was determined to be some sort of dyed quartz and was still tacky from the dye. While sellar offered a refund and I received it, buyers should be aware that in packing the seller would have know this stone was not only fake but the certification was bad whether or not the stone was sourced elsewhere. Not reputable.
