I was not happy with the defective product and the lack of support. Since I had copied several hundred GB of data to the drive several times before it died for good, I was not willing or able to return it - since it had lots of my data on it. I ate the cost of the drive and destroyed it. I was offered a full refund without having to return it if I gave a good review - not fair business.
