Can’t believe they had the audacity to say this when given proof. You were combative from the start and I will admit to replying the same. In regards to product quality, there was a spot on the outer box that wasn’t in images and I acknowledged that. However, one issue that I didn’t take blame for and was offended by turns out that it happened during shipping and I do understand your issue with it. I will be taking that issue up with the shipper.
