    80 yrs old and I need to take more time when i shop! Good company, service and product but i should have done a little more shopping around! I later found the same product from a couple of apparent reputable dealers that only charged about half the price as this company, so other then overpriced and feeling like i got ripped, they were ok. i would do some shopping around B/4 i used them again.

    Got this to replace a russell and erwin mortise of the same size. I only mention brand for others in a similar situation as this one was slightly different in shape so i did have to do a little extra fussing to get it to fit properly and sit flush. Regardless of that this is a great product in very clean working condition and moms door is now once again fully functional.
