      The red, black and white copper wires on the switch are cut almost flush off making the part unusable. Paid $100 for a working switch. Received a switch with the wires cut off

      I know that receiving an unusable part is frustrating! A lot of the inventory I have are used items. The fact that the wires were cut was an oversight on my part. I did issue a full refund for the broken item. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I will use it as a tool to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.
