      Item is defective. Compressor doesn’t work and distortion does not work correctly (loud constant feedback type noise after a moderate gain level). Double checked manual to make sure it wasn’t user error, it is definitely a defective unit. Research online shows that these old units are prone to capacitors leaking and causing the compressor to stop working and other issues. (Google 9030 problems, see YouTube videos, same problems w this unit).
