      TERRIBLE customer service. The owner is a really strange man , I kept telling him his machine was faulty and the film keeps getting stuck in the machine. The man continues to tell me I HAVE to buy the film off of him and he’s upset I’m buying film from someone else. Proceeds to try and make me buy film from him for 3 days. Instead of HELPING the customer. Really annoying owner , I would NOT buy from this person again. Stay AWAY ! The machine is FAULTY .

      We're sorry you feel this way. The included roll worked perfectly in your SJ10. You canceled your packaging order with us and used cheaper third-party film, which led to problems. We explained that film varies in micron thickness and material, which affects sealing and inflation. Photos confirmed the film was thinner and low quality—not a machine fault. We asked for supplier info so our team could provide correct settings, but you refused. You've since stopped replying. We’re still happy to help
