The headlamp unit was very negligently packed (original trade box, but no padding with single sheet of brown paper round it tied on with a few strips of sellotape - see photos). Arrived with the glass smashed. It should have been surrounded by bubble-wrap and double-boxed to minimise shock during courier transport. No 'Fragile' labels were attached, either. The courier was therefore not to blame. One wonders whether the goods were in damaged condition even before they were sent... Negligence.
