It was partly assembled and the screws and such were not in their designated bags. Some were loose and could have been lost as the box had been damaged, but luckily it was complete. The delivery took over a month. Despite the original fear and long delay, the item is in good condition, but not as stated in the description as an unopened box and all. Hence the neutral feedback.
