    Jacket had tear by pocket clearly caused by use. Requested return. Was accused of making tear by cutting the box and I supplied photos of intact box w/ripped off tape. She said the tape is heavy duty/cant be ripped off/I need to be more careful etc. I sent photos of the reg packing tape she used. Accused me of trying to negotiate price because I at first said I might repair for a reduced price but ultimately decided to return bec hassle not worth it. Listing photos blocked tear area. Beware.
