But why was "Make Offer" provided as an option when, in response to my Offer of $7.59, the Seller responded with a Counteroffer of $8.99 which was exactly the same as the listing price ? Just a strange deal, loss of time, and a lesson learned to not engage in making Offers on items listed below $13.
