    The seller NEVER provided the purchased item, was slow to respond, and did NOTHING to resolve the issue. The purchased item was not operational as described upon pickup, I believe she wanted the original asking price of ($600) after lowering it to ($480) and stalled on completing the transaction in hopes that I'd get frustrated and request a refund so she could relist the item at a higher price.
