I bought a Japanese product from a Japanese seller yet they mark customs as Chinese (which they NEVER mentioned in the listing) which led to INSANE duty fees. I told them they could easily fix the issue by sending me a corrected customs document and they REFUSED to do anything. And ebay will NOT refund you as it's "stuck in customs." What a NIGHTMARE!
