They think that a single wall box, a few wraps of bubble wrap and some peanuts in an oversized box that lets them bang around is perfectly acceptable to ship across the world. Screen is smashed, the lid is bent, the whole laptop frame is bent and the GPU bay module won't seat because the motherboard is warped.
