You'll get it on EVENTUALLY, but the design isn't the same as original and manufacturing quality is very poor. Flange to manifold is half as thick, so now your factory hardware won't work. The .machined holes to mount exhaust pipe were done by a blind monkey, all crooked, so You'll waste your time trying to fix that. But otherwise, you get what you paid for
