You have to learn how far to punch because it’s easy to punch through the cap. Most caps are garbage. I also had to use a razor to pry the excess 3d printing material out of the gap for the metal as there was no gap in mine. Will try the metal capper made by 22lr of n Colorado. We sell multiple units every month and are confident the items you received should work just fine. It seems you may be using some sort of thicker aluminum. Also, you mentioned our competitor in your review and promoted their product, which could explain the real reason for leaving your feedback.
