MacBook broke after 10 minutes of use. Item was advertised as being fully functional. The operating system would kernel panic about the SSD and I suspected the SSD was faulty. I contacted the seller about it and they claimed everything worked before shipment. They offered to file a UPS claim but when I asked for updates they have not responded for weeks. I replace the SSD and found a sticky paste all over the SSD. This was clearly a bad SSD replacement and would not have worked before shipment.
