She said to mail it back to her because she has insurance..I mailed it..now she only wants to refund me $9.90 postage..then to file for a refund on EBay…this has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I bought 2 dresses from her ..she does not combine shipping..Beware she’s trying to get out of my refund and get money back from Post office. I tried even sending her pictures.Reply from: greatfindsoddsends- Feedback replied by seller greatfindsoddsends.- Feedback replied by seller greatfindsoddsends.As soon as the buyer informed me that the dress was damaged by the carrier I offered her a full refund and asked her to start a return on eBay. In stead she shipped it via the Post Office. I called eBay about how to issue a refund in this case and was given instructions of how to handle it. I passed the instructions to her and after it was resolved issued her a refund. She never asked me about any combined shipping, never followed the official return process, and wouldn't answer my emails timely
