So he asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund, and the money was back in my account within the hour. Accidents are always going to happen. Really impressed with how fast and efficient they handled theirs. I didn't wind up buying from them, but I definitely would in the future.

It feels more like stainless steel. The heft is good but could be tiring to hold after a while because the handle is too narrow. So, I wrapped some foam tape around it. Also, the handle (or crook) would be better if it were larger.
