    The battery is faulty having contacted the seller who stated that they would send a address label to return it however I am still waiting, it will not hold its charge

    Thats a problem with the charging circuit & compatibility - nothing to do with the cell. You don't need a return label if you've already had a full refund. Hell, we should be sent a thank-you card for how much goodwill we showed in this situation, refunding you despite compatibility issues being your responsibility, yet this is how you repay us, chrisms1955?
