The labels were loose, so I wonder if they used other filters and put labels on them and advertised them as the filter I wanted. I asked for a full refund. They offered $10-I saud no. Then they said I could return the filters, but pay an astronomical return shipping fee. Then they offered $20. My invoice was close to $50.
