Spend an extra few hundred dollars and get a much bettery quality product and a bore pump that actually works. Most pumps come with 40 meters of wires so you dont have to spend hours splicing wires on something that doesnt work.

The seller was responsive with troubleshooting but to no success. Sadly the seller will not accept the return so be aware. I've since purchased another bore pump (spent an extra $500) for better quality and had it up and running within an hour.
