My experience as a whole was not good, having paid on the 2nd August it took upto the 7th to be sent for delivery. When the delivery eta for untracked package had past. I contacted the seller looking for answers, to receive a vague response telling me of what I was aware of. This continued pattern happened again later in the conversation and then a post office tracking number was sent to me.Reply from: tcgproaussie- Feedback replied by seller tcgproaussie.- Feedback replied by seller tcgproaussie.We’ve recently may have had a small batch of mail being held by Aust Post because we are placing a regid toploader in the mail. I’ve tried to explain the solution if the item is still not there before the estimated delivery date you may open a case then escalate for a full refund. The best we can do is to make sure none of our buyers are disadvantaged financially. In return we would also appreciate if you do not leave the same negative feedback for each and all of your items in the same order.
