      I had this exact dish for years, which may or may not have belonged to my maternal grandmother (fuzzy memory). I choose to believe it belonged to her. As we were celebrating my mom's 90th birthday, I knocked it off the counter, breaking it and my heart. I was so happy to find this replacement. It arrived safely and was well-packed. The only question remaining is ... do I tell Mom that I broke the first one? 😇 I didn't communicate with the seller, but would assume 5-stars.

      Item was received with an integral part missing (pics in listing depicted the complete unit). Notified seller who did issue prompt 100% refund of transaction with her apologies. While this gesture was appreciated, I explained my preference of just having her locate and send along the missing piece - no hurry and I would gladly reverse the refund. Regrettably, our transaction was concurrent with seller's housing relocation. Hate to leave a neutral but I am EXTREMELY upset with this outcome.
