    This book is exactly as described & pictured & is in excellent condition for being 100 years old. The price was fantastic! And I've never received a book that was packaged as well as this one. The seller took great care in protecting it for shipping, which was very fast. She put it in a plastic bag w/a sachet to protect it from humidity & sealed it. Then it was placed between several layers of thick cardboard & secured w/easily removable tape. Then it was put in a special made to fit box. A+++++
