Item took forever to arrive. Then they sent me the wrong one. Kept asking me to take pictures. Which I have no problem with doing. But when I asked what their procedure was after getting the pictures. They just kept repeating to take pictures. Take pictures. Take pictures. I kept saying “yes I will but what happens after that?” Again.. “take pictures” gave up in the end. If they can’t tell me what their service entails. Just forget it. I’m not going through the mill over a $5 purchase. AVOID
