Buyer got both items, confirmed by tracking. Demanded BOTH A FULL REFUND AND ANOTHER ITEM. THREATENED BAD FEEDBACK IF WE DIDN'T COMPLY. PROCEEDED TO ALTER PREVIOUS FEEDBACK TO WRONGLY/FALSELY ATTACK OUR BUSINESS, LUCKILY EBAY WAS ABLE TO REMOVE SOME OF IT FOR FALSE STATEMENTS AND POLICY VIOLATIONS. Sad this type of behavior is allowed.
