Poor - Single bubble envelope to protect a large softback book! Book creased in 2 of the corner areas, has been dropped on the spine so has an arc shape ripple effect in the middle of the spine and also damaged at the base of spine so that the plastic sheen coating is away from the book. The condition does not meet the 'new' description, in fact it is in worse condition than some of the very good books I've bought recently. Disappointing to say the least!
