Seller shipped the tripod promptly, but upon receiving it, I realized that the item was a different model than the one stated in the listing description. All attempts to reach out to the seller were ignored, and I had to escalate the return to eBay support in order to return the item because seller claimed "No Returns". At least I got my money back.
