It's clearly an OEM version for system builders, meaning minimalist box contents (i.e. no paper manual, no case screws), as per listing. These are probably old-new stock, meaning it needs a BIOS update out of the box. Also my BIOS battery was dead, so I had to install a new CR2032 into it. Nonetheless given the unique features and a really good price (compared to release time MSRP or the recent AM5 platforms) it was a good deal.
