The blue plastic covers are in excellent condition, very clean, one light crease at the rear top corner. The gilt lettering on the front is pretty bright. The book is in very nice condition. But what makes this offering special is the presence of the service fold-out. It's 27 by 19 inches. It slips into the front pocket of the covers. It's in very nice condition. It does have one 4 1/2 inch clean tear at the middle fold coming up from the bottom edge. There are also some penned circles and underlining on the right side column which is titled Periodical Attention. The book is very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages. It's a stapled binding. These pages are glossy and, in the main, quite clean. There is one spot at the bottom edge of the title page, and one other small spot at the bottom edge of the following Index page and a few more on the two subsequent pages. After that I found only....Condition Continued below....”
