Newer ones are narrow and compress your feet to much. They are starting to look like any other shoe. Mozo was known to have the big wide shoes with the big dependable and durable soles. This is what stood out from this particular shoe. I wore my black ones till they had no souls eventually through them away and I regret it because the top leather was still in mint condition I never thought of getting them
