Delivery was fast and better than other purchases made prior regarding this project. Item is damaged. Rubber feed wheel is missing rubber. Won't feed without difficulty. Listing was misleading.

Buyer never contacted me to let me know there was a problem with the item. A partial or full refund would have been given if I had the chance to work with them. I did my best to test the item and everything appeared to function correctly. Instead, the buyer just assumed I was a dishonest seller and left me neutral feedback. Things could have been worked out if only the buyer had communicated with me. 🙁

I did leave an honest feedback. Integrity is doing the honest thing when nobody is watching. You sold a piece of equipment listed as a condition better than missing parts or needs a film feed wheel rubber because it doesn't operate as intended. Now its my fault because of a false listing. Nevertheless I would have to spend more of my life dealing with this misleading ad. Sure, I could spent more of my time driving around to shipping locations and waist life on a lie to help you.
