eBay has policy for sellers to ship in 3 days. Shipping Method paid for was PRIORITY MAIL. I asked confirmation from seller, who said yes, he would by 4th day. After 2 weeks, USPS still didn’t have package. Further courteous requests didn’t help. No response. Three weeks to get a refund only after eBay stepped in. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
